Jurgens Grove

Jurgens is the founder and owner of 12Smile and has completed his dental degree in 1980 and postgraduate studies in 1987 / 1995 at the University of Pretoria. He has also completed the international course in Functional and Orthopedic Orthodontics. He is married to Agneta and they have three daughters.

He has a passion for cosmetic dentistry and when he isn't sculpting beautiful teeth , he likes to keep himself busy with ceramic sculptures and sport , including ultra marathon running , squash , tennis , scuba , hiking and goes to gym.

Apart from years of experience in the private practice, he has been a Dental Manager for a big Health Group and served as the principal dentist (Director) of the Fourways practice at the Intercare group. He has given lectures at Dental Congresses and has mastered CAD CAM in CEREC1, CEREC2,CEREC3 , 3D as well as Blue Ray (One of few globally)

He keeps up with the latest trends in dentistry and has attended courses in Orthodontics , Implantology as well as Cosmetic and Aesthetic dentistry.

 

Remie Naidu

Remie finished her studies at the University of the Witwatersrand in 1988 and has since enriched herself with 22 years of experience in dentistry. She has been involved with private practices in Sandton and Rivonia.

She is married and a busy mother of 3 sons.

Her field of particular interest in dentistry is smile makeovers. She keeps up to date by attending courses in dentistry and has mastered CAD CAM on both CEREC and E4D applications(only few globally)

For relaxation she reads and loves dancing and traveling.

 

 

 

Annamarie Zaayman

Annamarie is responsible for the admin and reception functions in the practice and completed her secretarial course at Liefs Commercial College in 1995. She has experience in running her own business successfully and therefore has an excellent understanding of client service.

Her natural ability to communicate and her passion for people makes her an excellent first contact in our practice and she is eager to make you feel comfortable and relaxed even when it is difficult to do so.

Annamarie loves reading and spending time with her son.

 

 

 

 

William Mosia

Get to know the person responsible to make you feel most welcome at 12Smile. William is the Concierge at 12Smile and the studies in English and Computing that he completed in 2007 at the Jeppe College enables him to fill in at reception with ease. He also takes responsibility for dental laboratory work and is a handyman of note.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Christa de Beer (du Plessis)

Christa completed her diploma in Oral Hygiene at the University of Pretoria in 1982 and has been working as an Oral Hygienist in private practice for the past 28 years. She has been involved with Jurgens Grove in dental practices for the last 15 years and is involved with the 12Smile concept.

She is married to Wayne and has a son.

In the dental field her passion lies with people but especially the elderly and children. Due to her compassion for dental fear and phobias , she has the ability to deal with scared patients as well as getting children ready for chair treatment. She loves the cosmetic and aesthetic aspects of dentistry.

Christa loves photography , bush getaways and getting dirty in her garden , she is also a serious scrap booker.

 

 

Josephine

Josephine has the huge responsibility to keep the infection control and sterilization standards at the highest level. We know that you as the patient deserve the best level of infection control when you visit 12Smile. She recently received a certificate for a sterilization and infection control workshop that she attended. She is also the friendly face that manages our housekeeping in order to create a comfortable and safe working environment for all of us.

Josephine is married and is the proud mother of a son and daughter.

 

 

 

 

 

Jenny Wilson

Jenny completed her dental studies in 2007 at the Medical University of South Africa and has completed her post graduate diploma in Aesthetic Dentistry at the University of Pretoria in 2010.

She has a keen interest in Cosmetic Dentistry but loves all aspects of Dentistry and enjoys a variation in the work field.

She is married to Fanie an although she is excellent with children in the surgery , she doesn't have any kids of her own yet.

For leisure she reads and she is a keen traveler. To keep fit she goes to gym and is a roadrunner.

 

 

 

Leonie Lambrecht

Leonie's career as a chair side assistant is complimented by her qualification and experience in nursing. Her ability to make a patient comfortable and relaxed is admirable. She has a particular interest in CAD CAM technology and does CEREC (Technology used at 12Smile) training. She has 15 years of valuable experience in the field . She was also the 1st person in South Africa and 26th globally who managed to complete the chair side Designers Diploma for E4D CAD CAM.

She is married to Leon and they have 3 sons. Leonie is the only one amongst us that has a a lovely little granddaughter. For relaxation Leonie loves reading , sewing and spending time with her family and friends - preferably with a nice cup of tea or a good red wine.
